Good Multi-Species Fishing Lately on Minnetonka

The weather has been interesting with the wind switching directions almost every day. But the warmer weather last week brought multi-species to the boat. Walleye, pike, largemouth bass, crappies and sunfish hitting the boat.
The pike fishing was the highlight with close to 30 of them hitting the boat Friday morning. They were biting crankbaits trolled in 12'-16' of water.
We caught a few smaller walleyes on crankbaits also this week. While trolling for them we picked up nice size crappies and sunfish. It's crazy how them sunfish can get all 3 hooks of the crankbait in their mouth.
The largemouth bass are moving deeper we caught them in 8-'14' of water. Some of them still have eggs in them.
If you like catching northern pike now is a great time to target them.
