Crappies on Minnetonka.

The crappie bite continues to improve as the water warms. Most of the fish are coming from 5-10' of water.

With the warmer weather the crappie bite has begone. We are finding crappies anywhere from 6-12' of water.

Mississippi River

The river fishing is going strong. We mostly caught saugers, but also had walleye, white bass and a catfish. A jig and minnow was the best for us. We found a nice school of saugers and lots of schools of white bass which are fun to catch. We released most of the bigger females so they can drop them eggs.
